NOT a Zezo problem!!!
I paid for pro sails and VIP pack 3 days ago...so far it is NOT available to me when I log in....anyone else got the same problem?

Same story with me - I did it ( Full pack ) 4 days ago and my Auto sails are still blocked - no matter which angle of the wind I do apply - no changes with sails. Also " famous" new routing option do not work ... Despite 3 emails to VR support no answer so far ... I will not comment the problems I have had with China last days...

Looks like many people have the same problem....what has happened is that the extras (Pro sails and VIP) are registered to a guest boat.........solution is to rename guest boat to ne wname and new account.......it's bad that VR allow guest boats to buy extras...it was a simple mistake I did that added the extras to a guest boat not my regular boat!

I only have the one boat with full pack and not VIP but auto sails are not working!! It falsies best sail but no tab works!! Any ideas?
