VR Team ranking race criteria

Any other teams finding VR denying your team a ranking in a race with more than 10 members?

Fairly frustrating when you have team members that maybe do a race they dont like (bathtub) for VR then to make up a vague (and incorrect) reason for denying you a ranking. Guess its all part of some grand plan but for the life of me cannot work out why. Whats most plain annoying is they "investigate" what is a fairly simple VIP support request then either fail to respond or make something up. Surely they want team competition to increase the engagement?
