Hello,
When I run virtual regatta, and I click on the race vend�e globe, the router does not start. Sometimes yes, sometimes no ...
I do not understand. And i have the extansion on google chrome...
Help please

Please follow these steps:
- Navigate to VR main page
- Start VRDashboard, make sure 'Auto router window' is enabled
- Log in to VR Offshore
- Click on the race

On some Chrome versions, VRDashboard will not start from the VR main page. Please try the following workarounds:
- Use Chromium or Microsoft Edge.
- Start VRDashboard very quickly after navigating to the VR main page
- Log in to VR Offshore and start VRDashboard immediately after.

Please make sure the extension is running correctly
- Extension tab is opened
- Your boat name is displayed in the top left corner after entering VR Offshore
- You did NOT close the debugger warning banner

The game won't send position more often than 5 minutes, even if you exit and re-enter the race. Even if it did the position would be the same as the previous report, and the routing result will be the same.

Once the game starts, hitting the refresh button below the clock should also load a routing. Which is not really needed every 5 minutes, but that's how it works with automated position transfer.

I'm not sure my servers will handle the compulsive refreshes at the start. Not sure that the game server will handle it either. Let's see which breaks first ;-)

i'm on a mac so nothing work anymore on chrome i try your solution and i install edge but cannot find vrdashboard extension ?

The Chrome Web Store should work for Edge too (except for old Edge versions I think)

The install button says "Add to Chrome", don't let this confuse you. It installs to the browser you've opened the URL in.

Ok find it maybee will be usefull for someone else
on the tab ...
click on extension
on the page extension on the left down side, allow autoriser extension d'autres magasins
et aller sur la page https://chrome.google.com/webstore/
et installer

and it's working for me on a mac but on edge no more on chrome thanks

USAGE
1) Install the extension
2) Go to the game home page; do NOT log in to VR Offshore yet
3) Click the Z extension icon in the toolbar
4) DO NOT close the debugger warning banner
5) Enter a race to force update of boat position
The router is called automatically.
6) Wait few minutes to get tabs populated with new data

Well, that was the, and now it's a bit more complicated.

More like:

1. have the extension started successfully. if you can't see boat name or don't get position updates, reload the game window
2. Entering a race may or may not initiate routing.
3. When in the race, hit the game refresh button at around say 1:07 to get the 1:05 position. At 1:06 you will probably get the old position at 1:00
4. Go to dashboard and wait for the update. it takes few seconds. Maybe 20
5. Confirm update time is 1:05
6. Click the dashboard "Go" button or the steering wheel icon for the race
7. check that the router tab is loading/reloading and the time in the
status line is current when it loads (rounded to 10 minutes)

one more question, when I launch the chart there is the refreshment only for the map and fleet but my boat icon remein at the start position. It is correct ?

The penalty maneuvering -50% 1'30" how it work ? I ask because I did not find in the FAQ
