Seems that recomputing Heading from Points Coordinates does not give always the rounded Heading reported by Zezo ( delta may reach a couple of degrees !! )
Am I making a wrong calculation somewhere ?
If not what is the most accurate info ?

Even with that(if I may be right ) Zezo is a Great Tool !

The bearing and TWA in the routing are the averages over the segment, not the initial heading. That's probably the reason for the difference.

Setting waypoints to the lat lon of each segment would I guess be more accurate, however, I would be very surprised if anyone is doing that. That would be unbelievably time-consuming.

Remember, the routing is only as good as the forecast, which is variable, but the router has no option but to treat deterministically. Being inch perfect with your route will not guarantee a great result.

Thanks BooBill for your explanation! That was already my feeling that recomputing the real heading from proposed coordinates would be slightly more accurate .
Regarding your " unbelievably time-consuming " I am not so sure it is true since transferring the Zezo Tab to an Excel Tab would be solved by a simple Macro in less than a
couple of seconds for the dozen of points really needed to be reevaluated ( a 3h updating being mandatory ) !

I thought you were creating waypoints for each segment in the game interface. That would be unbelievably time consuming. That also could be done by a bot, but it's been tried and deemed illegal by VR.

FWIW... It's usually faster to sail a well-done human approximation of what Zezo is trying to do than it would be to precisely execute exactly what every dot in Zezo suggests.
