Hi any one know the rules on that marker at the end of the race. No rotation so I guess just pass north or south of it?

Zoom in and You will see a large circle surrounding that marker. That circle is the finish line. Cross it wherever You like, - and You are finished....

Hi' on my screen it rotates clockwise , and it is just outside ,south of the big finish circle on full zoom, so I presume it must be passed on the south side, with the marker Starboard.

It does not rotate here, but the game data says buoy, starboard side. Was rotating few days ago.
