Hi,
are the winds in zezo for tom morning (8thMay) the same as in VVOR? I'd say no, therefore some huge diffs in routing.

You are right -- they are no longer the same, because the router is now using the newer forecast (18Z).

it's fine now, VVOR is now on the same winds as far as I can see.

The future winds actually differ most of the time, but it's not so obvious like with that unstable weather system tight now.
