All times in the Nautic game are now in official game time (CET)

The time stamps should also be a bit more consistent.

There was a 10-minute effective error in between the time the game moved your boat (say, 10:05) and 10:10 because the optimizer did not know you boat has already moved.

Would it make sense to display the actual change times? It would be convenient for experience players but may confuse people who don't know the quirks of the game.
