Just for the fun of it, in stead of going to Stockholm (tried that after Galway), I just went north.
At 80:20'09N, 30:35'57E now, I'm aiming to get north of Svalbard. Getting into the area where VORG doesn't show any winds anymore and this site appears not to 'know' anymore where my virtual ship is (there is no 'dot' anymore. Cute!
Pathtrack still shows the track i've sailed so far, although I'm missing most of it since Marstrand.

In a few days, the last leg is up. Too bad. No further attempts possible to try to get to the pole. Just for the fun of it.

Coming out of the void.
Apperantly at approximately 80:25N, there is no wind in the game anymore. It tells you there is, but in pathtrack it shows 0 knots. Fun to know it works that way.

I didn't know that, sorry. I only joined the race when the leg Rio-Boston was on. So I thought it was 'new'.
And maybe my moves sailing into the 'Suydersee' of The Netherlands wasn't new either.
