Note that seawater can be colder than 0,3° C, and can actually get below 0° C. This is because of the salt. Because of the predictions above, there are things like the water survival suit:

But even with equipment like this, you WILL die of hypothermia, eventually. It just extends your time a bit mostly because of insulation from the extreme cold. But survival for longer than a few days would be pointless anyways since you'd die from dehydration within 3/4 days.
