Cvetan or anybody,

To change the course or the sail without the user interface of the game (which is neither good to handle nor good in graphics), you need to call a URL like http://clipper.virtualregatta.com/update.php?checksum=***&clef=***&cap=132&identifiantPlayer=***. This example is for changing the course (cap) in the Clipper race.

It worked without the checksum until recently. Does anybody know how to get the checksum?

The funny thing is that you need a challenge that's issued at each login to access boat data, but can control it with a 'fixed' checksum.

Thanks, Cvetan, but can you help my slow brain a little more? What do you mean by:
- "challenge"? A race / regatta?
- "challange that is issued"?
- I will probably understand "at each login". Anyway, I usually do not logout, a habit I took up in the VORG.
- Boat data can be accessed without the checksum. But they cannot be altered / controlled without the checksum. So ...?

Under what conditions can I use a fixed checksum?
